I started going to hot yoga about 5 months ago. I am amazed at how much it has changed my life! I used to have back, knee and hip pain, the pain is no more! I lost 11 pounds and 7% body fat. It has helped my golf swing with balance tremendously! I partially tore my bicep and if it wasn’t for yoga I would probably have to get surgery. I want to thank Island yoga and all of the instructors. Sincerely Adam Vazquez
