A company focused on helping people heal from physical & emotional trauma, SOMOS YOGA has a class for students of ALL ages, sizes & experience levels! Our beginner classes are truly designed for those who have had zero to very limited exposure to yoga. Rest assured, our Yoga instructor will lead a slow paced, directional class which will feature a great level of detail and guidance. In this class you will become familiar with the basic poses of yoga. Looking to work up a sweat and experience challenging yoga flows? Our classes are appropriate for all level yoga practitioners. In our classes, we explore a wide variety of poses and styles. Our instructors have strong directional cueing & Always encourage practitioners to immerse into a workout that’s honoring of his/her body. Looking for something a bit more restorative? Check out our Yin class. Athletes who seek to create long term flexibility in the body should take a look at our Mobility/Flexibility classes.
