We made some delicious food at The Ancestral Table cooking demonstration. I didn’t get any finished product photos but we made some tasty roasted veggies, fermented cranberry stuffing, and some sourdough sausage stuffing today at Natural Grocers! Everything was made with nutrient dense ingredients. 😋

It’s been minute since I’ve posted but it’s time for an update!

Today was my first day practicing after a three year hiatus!

I have learned so much in the in between and I’m ready to help facilitate your health journey if you’re ready!

“An ounce of education is worth a pound of treatment.”

We are accustomed to reacting to issues after they have manifested into illness far too often.

We need to work on becoming educated so that we will be equipped to be PROACTIVE and care for our bodies so that they are not a place where disease can settle.
