Thank you to everyone who has reached out to volunteer while I practice Ashiatsu. The response has been amazing and I’m so grateful for all of you willing to help me refine this work.

Ashiatsu will soon be added to the menu with 90- and 120-minute sessions offered at the Prime location.

For now, all practice sessions will be held on Mondays as I continue dialing everything in.

If you’re not familiar with Ashiatsu, it’s a barefoot massage where I use my feet to deliver slow, deep, consistent pressure while maintaining balance and control. Deep pressure lovers…this one is for you.👣

Today I tested my Ashiatsu floor setup… and I officially have my first fan.

My beautiful client gave me honest feedback on comfort and pressure throughout the session. Her final verdict? She loved it.

Fun fact: that client was my daughter. The Calallen office was the perfect spot while hubby and baby lounged nearby and momma enjoyed a little self-care. ❤️
