Big changes, friends—I’m officially leaving the Massage Center! 😱
But don’t panic: the MC is still open, still awesome, full of wonderful therapists.

Starting August 1st, I’ll be massaging full time at:

I’m bringing the same healing hands, same vibes, same “oops-I-snored-during-my-massage” energy—just in new spots that feel just right for this next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who came through for massages, love, referrals, laughs, and “tailored to you” therapy sessions. Y’all filled that space with good energy—I’ll miss it, but I’m so pumped for this next move.

🧘‍♀️ Took a moment to breathe.
I had the pleasure of joining a breathwork + meditation session in Billings today, and wow—so similar to the meditations I remember from Tim’s work back in Corpus. I walked out feeling awake and refreshed.

There’s something powerful about the healing arts—whether it’s massage, sound bowls, stillness, or breath. It’s all about calming the nervous system and dialing in that parasympathetic state. The rest-and-digest, the peace-in-the-chaos.

Grateful for this community of healing humans.

Massage truths — for both my clients & my fellow therapists:

Clients:
• You don’t need to apologize for tight muscles, dry skin, or not shaving.
• Falling asleep is a compliment.
• Hydrate after your session — your body’s doing big work.

Therapists:
• Your worth isn’t tied to how booked you are.
• It’s okay to take breaks.
• Remember, you’re changing lives in quiet, powerful ways.

Whether you’re on the table or at the head of it, here’s your little reminder: you’re doing great.

A little abundance reality check for both clients and therapists:

There are about 268,000 adults right here in Nueces County.
That’s 268,000 people searching for the right fit — the right therapist, the right energy, the right experience.

And guess what?
Not everyone is your client — and that’s a good thing.
Maybe it’s the location.
Maybe it’s the technique.
Maybe it’s the pressure, the vibe, or even just the season of life.

So if you’re a client, keep looking until you find the person who feels like home for your body and mind.
And if you’re a therapist (or any business owner), don’t stress when someone doesn’t stick.

Your people are still out there.
There’s plenty to go around.

Embrace the abundance. Keep showing up. They’ll find you.
