I told you Yvette is the best 💗 She’s always creating a lovely space for us to welcome our families to wait while we are in session or to use for sessions. FAYS is flexible to meet our families’ needs through use of our Strengthening Families Curriculum and Family Support Specialists that work with families at times and places that work best for them. Our staff work together to foster a wonderful family forward program that has been serving the Coastal Bend Community for well over 10 years!

Happy New Year! 🎆 2026! In addition to being more active on this page and engaging with y’all, my personal goal this year is to say no when I mean no. My plate is full and that’s ok. I’m not hurting feelings by saying no when I need or want to say no. Maybe is usually perceived as a yes, when we meant no without having to say it. That leads to a miscommunication and that miscommunication can lead to a fight or resentment.
What are your 2026 goals?

Are you ready for a new year? Us either, but here we are about to count down to 2026! Here at FAYS we understand new beginnings and the hype of resolutions, but that may be a daunting task. Let our family support specialists help your family create SMART goals in January to kick off a fresh new year.

As we creep up on the new year, it’s easy to feel like we didn’t accomplish anything on our 2025 to do list, but progress is slow and we need to work on celebrating the small successes!
