🍁 Friendsgiving at Alameda Oaks! 🦃✨ This week our amazing staff came together for a special Friendsgiving Lunch, and it was everything we hoped for—good food, good laughs, and even better company.

Our team did an incredible job putting everything together! The room was filled with smiles, fun Thanksgiving trivia, and lots of excitement during the door prize giveaways. Moments like these remind us just how lucky we are to have such a dedicated, caring, and joyful group of people working together every day. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so memorable. One of the best parts of life here at Alameda Oaks is seeing our department heads jump right into activities with our residents. Whether we’re doing manicures, hosting a game, or—like yesterday—trying to bowl a perfect strike, they’re always right there laughing, cheering, and making the moment special. These little bursts of fun bring everyone together and remind us just how much heart our team puts into everything they do. 💛

What an amazing Thanksgiving Luncheon we had this week at Alameda Oaks! 🧡🍁 Our residents and their families filled the room with so much joy, laughter, and holiday spirit.

🦃✨ A huge THANK YOU to our wonderful team for helping serve and making sure everyone felt welcomed and cared for. And an extra special shout-out to our incredible Dietary Department — especially Director Edna — for preparing such delicious food. Your hard work truly made this celebration unforgettable! Even small movements make a big difference in strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. We love seeing the smiles, laughter, and energy these classes bring! 🎶❤️

Puzzles are more than just pieces. they’re moments of focus, connection, and joy 🧩✨ Our residents enjoyed some stimulating puzzle time, and we were grateful to have our wonderful social worker, Richard, lending a helping hand with the puzzles and matching game. His patience and encouragement make all the difference. Activities like these support memory, problem-solving, and confidence… and they bring plenty of smiles too! 💛
