October was a busy month for Radiology & Imaging and Corpus Christi's medical field in general. Radiology & Imaging threw their first annual Pink Party and attended multiple fundraisers as well, all to show support and raise money for the American Cancer Society's "Real Men Wear Pink" campaign under Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Corpus Christi and with the help of ACS Ambassador Efrain Franco Jr(AEP Texas).

Local cosmetic surgeon Cassidy Hinojosa, MD- Coastal Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Center, asked Andy to be a model at her B.R.A. Day event (Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day) and he modeled a pickleball themed bra to be auctioned off.

Local clinic Althea Medical had their first anniversary ribbon cutting event and used the opportunity to make it into a breast cancer fundraiser as well. It was a great time on beautiful Padre Island.

Andy also spoke at the Real Men Wear Pink reception in front of the attendees and will be featured on KRIS news so everyone can see how much R&I cares and is working to support the fight against Breast Cancer.

We would love to see our community come together & donate their lifesaving blood to the Coastal Bend Blood Center! Donating blood will have a lasting impact on patients & their families.

Donors will receive a long sleeved "Hunting For Donors" T-shirt and a pair of IceRays hockey tickets while supplies last. Photo ID required.

Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome!
