Sara McCutchon will be subbing for me for the next few weeks for the Saturday morning 9:30 beginners Hatha class Zaya Yoga CC .

Many of you know I’ve been suffering from an injury to my shoulder/neck. I’m still trying to get that fixed. Waiting on an MRI…. Gotta love insurance companies!

I’ll keep you updated as to when I will be back. Please continue to show up and enjoy our guest star, Sara! She is an amazing instructor!
