The most stretching I ever do is to reach the cookies on the top shelf…
So what style of yoga should I start with?
Well, we recommend starting with hatha yoga. It’s the most common style, and many of the other popular forms are derived from the hatha practice.
It’s fun, easy, and perfect for beginners!
Once you've got the hang of it, and you want to move on to something more physically challenging, we would recommend trying out Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga, which are more energetic and strong.
And if you are looking for a more relaxing style, then Yin yoga or Restorative would be the perfect fit.
So you can keep those cookies on the top shelf, and reach for them in style!
