Holiday Hours Notice!

New Life Direct Primary Care will be closing early at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 26th.
The clinic will be closed on Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th so our team can enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends.

We are grateful for our patients and look forward to seeing you when we reopen on Monday, December 1.

We're starting October with medical student Ananya Desai's wonderful words of care!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If you are a woman over the age of 40, getting a screening mammogram every 1-2 years is the best way to catch cancers early! Monthly self-exams are also encouraged for additional monitoring. Give yourself the chance to live a long and healthy life by staying on top of your breast health. Looking to improve your diet but not sure where to start? Look no further!

Our medical student, Ananya Desai, has some words of wisdom she would love to share with you!

Research has shown that sustainable healthy diet changes, paired with movement and social connection, can help treat (and even reverse!) chronic diseases, inflammation, and more.

Here are some nutrition tips to keep in mind:
- Start small! Lifestyle changes are only beneficial if they are sustainable. Find little ways to improve your diet and increase them over time.
- Try to add fruits and veggies to every meal. Smoothies are a great way to incorporate these foods - make it more filling with some plant protein powder!
- Plan ahead. Meal prepping will take the guesswork out of daily dinners and make it easier to make healthier choices during the week!
