At A Fresh Start we offer (TX) US-DOT Evaluations with "Back to Duty" process by a qualified SAP. A SAP is a particular credential. From time to time an employee who is mandated by TX - DOT because they work in the transportation industry is asked to take a drug test. It can be pre- employment, reasonable suspicion, random, medical, after an accident etc. If the test is positive for alcohol or other drugs they are sent to a SAP. The SAP does an assessment then sends them to education or treatment and monitors their progress. When they have completed they come in for a follow-up and again the SAP follows up with the treatment center, etc. When the employee is deemed fit to return to Duty the employee is released by the SAP and somewhat monitored and gives the next or same employer a schedule for drug testing the employee for the next 3-5 years and a schedule for the employee to follow for self help groups AA NA etc. We are offering the most reasonable price in this area of South Texas however we feel the quality of the services are outstanding.
