Join us in welcoming Dr. Jeremy Treviño to our practice! Dr. Trevino was born in Corpus Christi and grew up in nearby Portland, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received his B.S.A in Biology. Dr. Treviño then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry and received his Doctor of Optometry degree. During optometry school, he completed his externship rotations in Houston and Dallas, where he developed a strong foundation in primary eye care and ocular disease. He also volunteered with the Alcon Children’s Vision Center in Fort Worth where he provided vision screenings to children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Welcome Dr. Trevino!

Although most of our patients prefer daily disposable contacts, a few prescriptions only come in monthly contacts. Since they require more care and responsibility, here are some tips!
1: Always wash your hands before touching your eyes
2: Never sleep in your contacts
3: Use fresh cleaning solution every night
4: Never swim with contacts
5: Replace your contacts after 30 days, even if they feel okay

This meaningful award honors his parents, Frank and Alice Lazarte, and supports local students pursuing their dreams.
