Join us as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary by joining our 50 Dan-yus in 50 Days Challenge. Remember, it's OK to pace yourself:
50 dan-yus a day is a goal. If you're ready for that many dan-yus, great! If not, take the challenge to do some every day and build towards 50.
Spread them out as much as you like. Lots of dan-yus at one time build stamina. If you spread dan-yus throughout the day, your body has less opportunity to tighten up. Either way, you are the beneficiary!
It's all good. Supported dan-yus count. "Freestanding" dan-yus count.
