- On November 19, 2025 and while supplies last, Allē Members who purchase a $50 BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) Gift Card will get one $50 BOTOX® Cosmetic Gift Card for free. All sales final. Please allow up to 24 hours for payment processing.
- Must be an Allē Member who resides in one of the fifty United States, including the District of Columbia, to purchase and redeem gift cards.
- If a healthcare provider determines that Member is an appropriate candidate, each gift card can be redeemed for $50 off a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment at participating Allē provider offices only.
- Limit one BOTOX® Cosmetic Day Buy One, Get One Free Gift Card Offer purchase per Member.
- Standard Allē Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions apply.
- Member will earn Allē points on all qualifying Earnings Eligible Product purchases, subject to applicable Earnings Caps.
- Gift card codes will be added to Member’s Allē Wallet directly after purchase.
- Gift cards must be purchased online and cannot be purchased by calling Customer Support.
- Gift card does not expire and cannot be applied to past transactions or redeemed or exchanged for cash. In some states, if the gift card is unused for a number of years, the unused value of the gift card will be turned over to such state, as required by law, through a process called escheatment.
- Gift cards can be combined with other applicable Allē or brand-specific gift cards, Allē points, or other brand-specific offers.
