🎉 Happy 71st Birthday to Albert Kessler! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Albert — a man whose discipline, creativity, passion, and drive have shaped HEST Fitness Products for more than 43 years.

Albert and his wife, Paula, started HEST back in 1981, and he’s still going strong… literally. Whether he’s helping customers at the store or out on the ranch raising grass-fed, grass-finished beef, Albert proves daily that 71 is just a number — especially when he's in better shape than many of his staff. The attached picture was taken yesterday!

He lives the same lifestyle he encourages in others: stay active, stay healthy, and keep moving forward. It’s the mindset behind LOOK Better. FEEL Better. DO More.

Coastal Bend's Day of Giving is next Tuesday, Nov 4. There are 24 different partners that are participating this year. On Domingo Live, they talked about CASA - helping advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. Another group is Peewee's - a no kill animal shelter. We hope you can help this year, Together we can make the Coastal Bend be a better place to live for both people and animals.

Coastal Bend Day of Giving is spotlighting Brush Country CASA on Domingo Live this week. Day of Giving is November 4, 2025.

Roland is the Manager of our San Antonio store, and at 71 he’s proof that age is no barrier to fitness. His secret? While good genetics help, Roland credits his strength and health to staying consistent and following Arthur Jones’ model of progressive resistance training.

His career in fitness spans more than three decades — from professional dancer and aerobics instructor to personal trainer, studio owner, wellness coach, and now store manager with Hest Fitness Products. Along the way, Roland has inspired and empowered thousands to take charge of their health and build strong, active lives.
