Well, we discovered that this lizard LOVES the Torque Relentless Rope. Looks like he is trying to build some muscle in those arms.

I think Mr. Lizard was sad when Joseph Gonzalez, our General Manager, gently escorted him out of the store.

👋 Hi! I wanted to share something that came up in a conversation several times recently.

You know how sometimes you want to move a little more, but you don’t want a big machine? Most of what we have in our showroom is big.

However, we just started carrying the Helix Thera Scoop lateral elliptical, and it’s one of those pieces that makes sense if you are extremely limited on space.

It’s gentle on the joints, helps with balance, and only weighs 27 pounds, so you can move it around or tuck it under a desk or into a small space.

It’s hard to explain in a post because the movement feels different than a treadmill or a regular elliptical. This is one of those “you have to try it” things.

If you’re curious, stop by the showroom and take a few minutes with it.

🎉 Happy 71st Birthday to Albert Kessler! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Albert — a man whose discipline, creativity, passion, and drive have shaped HEST Fitness Products for more than 43 years.

Albert and his wife, Paula, started HEST back in 1981, and he’s still going strong… literally. Whether he’s helping customers at the store or out on the ranch raising grass-fed, grass-finished beef, Albert proves daily that 71 is just a number — especially when he's in better shape than many of his staff. The attached picture was taken yesterday!

He lives the same lifestyle he encourages in others: stay active, stay healthy, and keep moving forward. It’s the mindset behind LOOK Better. FEEL Better. DO More.
