Our dedicated team is committed to providing compassionate & personalized care to ensure the well-being and comfort of your family. Coastal Home Health Care is a provider of home health services: Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Worker and Personal Care Attendants. We maintain a network of highly skilled and well-trained home health practitioners who will be visiting the homes of our clients and providing them with treatment as well as personal care services to match their needs. Part of our function is also to coordinate care with clients' physicians. It is through home health services that we are able to reduce cases of institutionalization and prolonged hospital confinement. Over-all, our function as a home health agency enables clients to choose the quality of life they prefer and realize such lifestyle plans in their own home - with health care professionals from Coastal Home Health Care present and ready to assist them with their needs.
