🌟 Staff Spotlight: Lisa Garza 🌟
Lisa Garza has practically grown up at Villa South, working alongside her mom, Delma, since she was 15. Over the past 18 years, she's held many roles—from weekend receptionist to medication aide—and now serves as Unit Manager for Villa's Assisted Living community. Known for her calm demeanor, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of each resident's care needs, Lisa is a trusted advocate for both residents and families.

Beyond her daily responsibilities, Lisa also brings her creativity as a graphic artist, helping promote community activities. Colleagues and families alike describe her as compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to making life brighter for residents. As Lisa says, "I love putting a smile on our residents' faces, especially when they need a boost." We are grateful for her commitment and leadership at Villa South! đź’™
