Harkness Yoga has a new home!!!!

I’m so excited to announce that starting next Wednesday (3/6), I will be teaching a new class over at the ! If you haven’t been to a class at The Barre before, I can’t wait to show you this beautiful studio. The Barre Fitness Studio is located at 4717 S Alameda St in Meadowbrook Plaza right next to .

Intermediate LYT Flow (formerly known as Move) is a challenging vinyasa style yoga class. Like all classes, we will start with the Reset to warm up the body and fire up the core before moving through creative sequences that gradually build on each other. I have been teaching LYT for almost 5 years and I love sharing this new style of yoga with novice and experienced yoga practitioners.

This class will be physically demanding, and fast paced so some yoga experience is recommended. Mats and blocks will be provided if you do not have your own.

Sign up on the Harkness Yoga website to reserve your spot.

I’m so excited to practice with y’all in person again!

LACEY LAWRENCE

Lacey Lawrence is a certified yoga teacher who has been helping people move their bodies since 2014. She completed her first 200 hr YTT in Boulder, CO before moving back home to Corpus Christi. After dealing with chronic low back & neck pain for years, Lacey started training with Lara Heimann, a physical therapist and the studio owner of Yoga Steam in Princeton, NJ. Wanting to share the amazing benefits of yoga, she finished her second 200 hr YTT with Lara in 2018. Lacey's classes focus on core work and dealing with the effects of a major part of modern life- sitting or looking down all day.
