Here are 10 Facts Every Woman Should Know:

✨Everyone has rolls when they bend over.

✨ When someone tells you that you're beautiful, believe them. They aren't lying.

✨ Sometimes we all wake up with breath that could kill a goat.

✨ For every woman unhappy with her stretch marks is another woman who wishes she had them.

✨ You should definitely have more confidence. And if you saw yourself the way others see you, you would.

✨ Don't look for a man to save you. Be able to save yourself.

✨ It's okay to not love every part of your body....but you should.

✨ We all have that one friend who seems to have it all together. That woman with the seemingly perfect life. Well, you might be that woman to someone else.

✨ You should be a Priority!

At 37, divorced and raising three daughters, I found myself lost, and completely unsure of how I was going to navigate life. Afraid and uncertain of the future, I made a commitment to embark upon the most important discovery of my life—finding myself.

Fitness became my guiding light. It was the anchor that kept me grounded and the compass that directed my path. Through every rep, every set, and every drop of sweat, I poured my heart and soul into this journey of self-discovery.

✨ Photo 1 encapsulates nine years of dedication, resilience, and growth. It tells the story of a woman who refused to be defined by her circumstances and instead chose to redefine herself through the power of fitness.

✨ Photos 2 celebrate two monumental milestones: the day I became a Pro figure competitor and the day I debuted as a professional athlete.
These moments stand as the pinnacles of my bodybuilding career, representing the culmination of years of hard work, discipline, and unwavering belief in myself.

My name is JAG. J to the AG… (In my Jay Z voice) LOL

I am a seasoned mental and physical health coach and transformational speaker, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in mental counseling; a dual certification in Life and Health Coaching, and as an EAP (Employment Assistance Program) professional. I have over 25 years of experience in the social service field where I excelled at developing, evaluating, and implementing quality client-centered programs and over 15 years in the health and fitness field, where transforming minds is my superpower.

But beyond my credentials, I am a real woman, living a real life, who has encountered real challenges, setbacks, and disappointments, just like you. And as one my favorite poems says, “….as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presences automatically liberate others.”
