In this workshop, we will explore:
• body armoring & chronic muscular holding patterns
• Anodea Judith’s chakra model through a psychological lens
• Polyvagal Theory & autonomic nervous system states
• how trauma becomes encoded in the body
• emotional suppression, hypervigilance & collapse states
• somatic awareness & nervous system regulation
• yoga, breathwork & movement practices for release and integration
This is not about mysticism disconnected from science. This is about understanding the body as a map of lived experience.
We will bridge: Ancient yogic philosophy + modern somatic neuroscience.
