I absolutely love teaching multicultural counseling to counselors in training!

The counselors at Youvolve Healing Center LOVE speaking to groups of people about mental health and cultural considerations.

Yesterday, Dr. Kate and Melica organized a panel discussion for counselors in training about counseling people of African American Decent and multiracial families. Along with Matt Manning and Jamar Upshaw, we discussed racism, privilege, oppression, overcoming barriers, and so much more.
