It’s , and we’re shining a spotlight on one of the incredible hearts behind our care team — Crystal Marie Pena, FNP-BC!

💙 Crystal’s Story:
With over 10 years of dedication to wound care and healing, Crystal has made it her mission to help patients heal, regain confidence, and reclaim their quality of life. From home health to inpatient case management, she’s walked alongside countless patients through their recovery journeys.

In 2022, Crystal took her passion to the next level, earning her MSN from the University of Texas-Arlington and stepping into her role as a Nurse Practitioner.

💪 Her favorite part of the job? Being a part of someone’s healing story — one wound, one patient, one victory at a time.

We’re beyond grateful for her heart, expertise, and unwavering commitment to those we serve.
