Last night, my team and I had the opportunity to clean the new Starbucks off SPID and Weber. We started at 5 PM and didn’t finish until 2 AM. A long night, but what’s a few extra hours when it’s about growing our name and building our reputation? Proud of the work we’re doing and the dedication behind it. 💪✨

I’ve never really liked to think of us as a small or big company—just a growing one. For the longest time, I believed that finding the right people was one of the hardest parts of building a business.

Yesterday, my business partner and I decided to post a job listing on Indeed, since relying on friends, family, or referrals hasn’t really worked out for us. And within less than 24 hours, we received over 25 applications!

What’s even more exciting is that these applicants either have real experience, solid references, or both. Most importantly, they’re seeing our company as a legitimate opportunity—which is exactly what we’ve needed.

I’m genuinely excited to start conducting interviews and take this next big step in our growth! Wish us luck 🤞🏻

There isn’t much I wouldn’t do for my company or my clients. Today, I had the incredible opportunity to join one of the largest relay marathons in the U.S., proudly representing not just my company, but also one of our favorite clients — the Azali Management team.

From start to finish, they showed up strong. Setting up, providing drinks, cheering people on, and offering nonstop motivation. The heat didn’t stop them from doing what they do best: showing up for our community. Not to mention some of them were in the relay as well. 🙌🏻

Grateful to be a part of it all. 💪🏽🔥🏃‍♂️

Big moves last week!
Locked in two new apartment complexes and officially partnered up with another property management company— for vacation homes. Expanding the B2B game and opening new doors (literally and figuratively).

We’re super 🥳🥳🥳 excited to share some big news: We’ve officially partnered with Hawk’s Landing in Kingsville, TX! Big things are happening, and we’re just getting started.

Super guilty of not taking enough photos! When you run a business and lead by example—managing and doing the hands-on work—something as simple as snapping pics ends up at the bottom of the list. But we’re out here putting in the work every day!

To show our love, the Cleaning Squad surprised them with delicious S & J cinnamon rolls and kolaches.

Let’s talk about two things:
1. We’re not professional photographers, and we didn’t use any filters—what you see is what you get. Yet somehow, no matter the angle, these apartments still look amazing. That says everything about the quality and care that goes into them.
2. And then there’s the floors—freshly waxed and shining like new. It’s honestly the cherry on top. That final touch really makes the whole space pop!

When a place looks this good without any special effects, you know it’s the real deal. ✨💪
