Trigger point injections are commonly used to treat focal areas of muscle spasm and pain, particularly in the trapezius muscle. A “trigger point” is a hyperirritable spot within a taut band of skeletal muscle that can produce local and referred pain.

Clinical Benefits:
⭐️ Rapid pain relief: Local anesthetics can interrupt pain signaling. Patients often experience immediate or near-immediate reduction in pain.

⭐️ Decreased muscle spasm: Mechanical disruption of the trigger point helps relax the contracted muscle fibers. Reduces associated muscle tightness and stiffness.

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month 💛

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus (ovaries, fallopian tubes, outer surface of the uterus, bladder, or intestines).

Symptoms can vary from mild to severe.
1. Pelvic pain
2. Very painful periods
3. Pain during or after s*x
4. Pain with bowel movements or urination.
5. Heavy periods or bleeding between periods
6. Trouble getting pregnant/infertility
7. Other possible symptoms: Fatigue, Bloating
Nausea, Diarrhea or constipation during periods

Aesthetic injections are not beauty services. They are medical procedures!

As of February 2026, Texas law clearly defines who can legally inject and estheticians, cosmetologists, and unlicensed personnel (MA) are NOT authorized.

Having a “medical director” does not expand someone’s license or scope of practice. Licensed healthcare professionals/credentials and the law matters! Safety>shortcuts ALWAYS!!
