What an unforgettable 10:30 a.m. Boom Halloween celebration! 👻💥
Our SilverSneakers Boom family showed up in full color — from crayons and pumpkins to superheroes and, of course, Coach Manny rocking his Richard Simmons look!

Together we danced, lifted, laughed, and celebrated our amazing October birthdays with strength, spirit, and a lot of sparkle. ✨

Halloween reminds us that transformation can be joyful — that we can play, move, and shine at any age. Today’s class was living proof of that magic!

This phase calls us to move forward, to take steady steps even when resistance rises. Just as the Moon holds both darkness and radiance, we hold strength and softness, effort and ease.

As we practice tonight, let your breath be the bridge. With each inhale, feel yourself leaning into possibility. With each exhale, trust the ground beneath you.
