Day 1: The Heat 🥵
Your face will feel like a spicy sunburn. Redness and swelling are the names of the game. Keep that post-care balm thick!

Day 2-3: Redness & Swelling 🐡
Peak puffiness, especially around the eyes. Those tiny dark spots (MENDs) start to surface. Sleep elevated!
