Texas A&M Coastal Bend Health Education Center Welcome to the Coastal Bend Health Education Center, where we are transforming health in the Coastal Bend!

As part of the Texas A&M University Health Science Center, we provide health education and resources to a variety of stakeholders, including health care professionals, students, businesses, organizations, and the general public. Programs offered include diabetes education, medication assistance, an interactive fitness program, and continuing medical and pharmaceutical education.

From our Sweet Talkers Lunch & Learn to Family Night and diabetes education classes, we are grateful for every participant, partner, and family who joined us. Together, we continue working toward healthier communities through education, support, and empowerment.

Diabetes Alert Day is tomorrow, Tuesday March 24th. To celebrate this important day, we are offering FREE A1C SCREENINGS TOMORROW!

Please visit us at our main office at:
4215 S. Staples, Corpus Christi, TX. 78411

Arrive at your convenience, from 9am-4pm, even during your lunch break, to get your A1c checked for FREE.

Feel free to bring family or friends! Must be over 18 years old for a screening. The test only takes 6 minutes, and it is just a finger stick.
Call us at 361-759-0276 to schedule your screening, but walk-ins are also welcome!
