Here are the reasons I require prepay online booking: 1) 0% No-Shows 🥳. 2) Clients can reserve their appointment without waiting for me to finish a massage session or other work. 🏵️ 3) It deters those with "inappropriate" intentions 😑, keeping me and my clients safe. 😀 4) It reduces cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals, as clients are more committed to their appointments. 5) It eliminates the need for an assistant, saving me time and money, which keeps my pricing fair, and allows me to focus on my clients' needs.

Reasons for my hours of operation:

✨ I've expanded Saturday hours to cater to my client's needs from 10am to about 8pm.

🙏🏿Sundays are reserved for my personal reflection and rejuvenation.

❤️ Weekdays, I'm available from around 3pm to 8pm, since most of my clients are off of work and available during those times.

Pre-payment & booking online is now the only way to schedule any future date appointment.

[Why? Because there have been many no-shows or people showing up over 90-minutes past their appointment time! 😭 I will have someone tell me they'll be there at 5:30pm, I'll wait, decline a client who also wants that time, and then they either never come or they will come unannounced at 7:00pm. 😭😭😭 I have feelings people, think of your poor massage therapist sometimes 🥺🥺🥺 Lol please 😭]

I'd like a vote. Do you prefer Hot Towel wipe downs or to let your skin stay hydrated from the massage moisturizer? I personally think it's good for the lotion/oil/cream to stay on the skin (minus the soles of the feet, safety first). Also, I get cold since the heat from the hot towels don't last long. I don't like feeling cold during a massage, but that's just me. What about you all? 🤔🙂

Any ideas on how to get more people in for a massage without going low on prices? 🤔 I heard the first 3 months are the hardest. Is that true? 😯 I started this business the last two weeks of January, so I guess it's only been about 1 month.
