Well, it's the heat of the summer and the typical heat related health issues repeat themselves. Dehydration, sunburn, allergies and viruses, travel to crowded popular locations and uncrowded secluded places....the drought here, the fires in the west and the floods in the east.....the violence we hear of daily....the upcoming national election.....TALK ABOUT STRESS!
So how do we cope?......we do and we can and we will. That's it and you don't need a fancy health plan or a fit-bit to figure it out.
Great sleep, physical activity and passion......that will get you through with a smile on your face. Giving back to friends, family and those less fortunate.....these basic principals seem to help during trying times.
