✨I’m sorry I haven’t been very active on social media. I am currently caring for my mother due to the states negligence and inadequacy. I am also on a healing journey with my mother and learning so much about forgiveness during these hard times. my heart is with you all and my hope is that these times will bring us all closer together as a community. my apologies for not being more available to my community at this time. I am still seeing clients, but I’m also being very careful about time as I only have so much to offer these days. One thing AI can’t replicate is the power of human connection and touch. Connection is hard wired into our DNA, it is a vital human need. Without human touch we would not develop we would actually become ill and malnourished. In 1944 there was an unfortunate study that took place where people observed babies not being touched or held, they had sterile environments, food, toys everything except human touch. Some of the babies died due to lack of our most basic need. I encourage you to think about this and go home and hug your family and people around you. We have been brainwashed into thinking we don’t need true connection. Hug a stranger and see what happens to both of your energies !! Peace🫶🏻

In order to free up fascial restrictions you need to be aware of the fascial pattern and the various levels of depth any given area of the body may be holding. Starting out without oil is the best way to scan for these limitations. Listening with your fingers and allowing the body to tell you what’s happening is 🔑. Also asking your clients to breathe deeply to allow more oxygen into the tissues and will offer you more access, you will be guided to the area in need.

One of my favorite ways to start my sessions. Once I address the cervical spine the nervous system follows suit.
The nervous system controls and coordinates all organs and structures of the human body. Whatever specific areas or parts of the body are malfunctioning, generalized, and or specific symptoms often occur.
