We’re currently in an incredibly hectic period of our lives with numerous extracurricular activities and family commitments. Prioritizing our family and children is of utmost importance to us. Who doesn’t love to display their crystals?! I know I do! All my new crystals go front and center on my display shelf at home that happens to be right by the window. 🪟 Now, I know you’ve heard me talk about certain crystals being damaged by water but did you know that some crystals can be damaged by the sun? ☀️ Some crystals can fade with direct sunlight so be careful with the crystals that may be near a window and get too much direct sunlight during the day. The crystals below are not the only ones that could fade. If you’re unsure, try doing some research to be safe. But, if your crystal does fade, then just embrace its new sun kissed appearance. 😉

➡️ Tip: Instead of taking crystals outside to cleanse and recharge them under the sunlight, try placing them in the shade or only leaving them out for a short period of time. Think of it this way: just like we protect our skin from too much sun or else we burn/tan, some crystals can do the same in a sense. I recommend sound cleansing, smoke cleansing or using the moon light. 🌝
