Our goal is to help you feel better, not keep you in therapy forever. Everyone’s journey is different, some people find clarity in 4 to 10 sessions, while others may need more time depending on what they are working through.
When you start therapy, your therapist will help create a plan, set goals, and outline a timeline that fits your needs. And because life keeps happening, our door is always open. You can schedule again anytime, even if it is just for a check-in.
