I am always amazed at the power I have over my body, to actually help myself heal without the use of pills or medicine. I believe we can use our mind, thoughts and sound to begin to help ourselves heal. I use Sound to help people re-balance their energy. Then we discuss what tools work for them. From there we develop simple techniques they begin to apply immediately. For the past 21 years I have s

tudied, practiced and adopted the Eastern mindset to help myself heal in a variety of ways. Some of the tools have included: Acupuncture, Ayurveda and Holistic Healing techniques. I discovered Sound Healing while traveling through Indonesia. Later I studied and received a certificate in Sound Healing in India. It is has helped me heal various areas of my body, helped me bring more focus to my life and help me ‘ground’ in the middle of confusion. I have always used Sound to help myself heal, I just didn’t realize it. Throughout my life I have used the power of music to help me work through fear, find courage and discover my truth in life. I didn’t realize this until I was in the Himalayas for a few months, then I started connecting the dots... Music has not only been a part of my life, it has been a powerful influence. To help people get balanced, I use sound as it may be applied many different ways, pending on the need and the person. Therefore, I provide a variety of services, to help you begin to heal. Once we’ve identified what works for you, I will teach you how you can apply these techniques yourself, so you can begin to help yourself heal. Learn to help yourself heal through Sound Healing

✨Tania came to my first Bali retreat in 2017 with a clear intention, to step into her gift of watercolor, inspired by the flowers of this land.

✨Today, she’s living that vision with her own shop in Ubud, creating beautiful work and teaching others to see Bali through nature and art.
