Hi guys! I went to let you know that the lunch party for Taki's children's book will be at the Lucky Mutt Tavern in Littleton from 2 PM to 5 PM on Saturday, November 2

It's gonna be a lot of fun and having my friends and family there means a lot to me. So I hope you're able to join!

His book will officially be launched on the fourth, which is his birthday and it will be a promotional rate e-book first and then later in the month, the book will be be able to be purchased in paperback and after that hardcover.

Yoga Teachers who needs CE...I am a YACEP and E-RYT 500- this means I can hold classes and you can get the CE you need... let me know what interests you to most. This little guy is up for adoption. He has been dewormed, FIV/Feluek tested- Neg. Will have his first vaccines and will be neutered...gets along with cats and is learning about dogs... will need to be inside only kitty... is really sweet and friendly. PM me or Rachel Rose for more information

I have had requests to hold a distance yoga teacher training online. My Wild Roots Yoga is registered with Yoga Alliance and approved for distance learning. Although, I do encourage immersions or in person trainings, I do understand that this is not always possible for everyone. If you are interested please PM on my personal page. I have not posted anything online yet but, if you are interested there is information about the training on my webpage. Please forgive me that it is out of date. However, most of the basic information is the same. I was thinking starting in the evenings on 10/10/24
