FourWheel Wellness + Mindful Massage: Integrative Bodywork and Yoga for wellness integration
FourWheel Wellness, LLC is home to my Massage Therapy services (Mindful Massage) as well as Yoga classes and mindfulness offerings. I offer integrative Bodywork for holistic healing and deep relaxation with the goal of helping my clients towards integrative wellness through yoga and massage and their many benefits.
I mainly specialize in deep tissue massage (standard Swedish), while integrating the following modalities: trigger point therapy, passive stretching, joint mobilization, aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, etc. I customize my approach to each massage to help relieve chronic pain cycles, injury from a recurring or acute injury, and stress triggers. Massage helps optimize health through facilitating circulation, relaxation of the nervous system, and detoxification. My goal is to relieve tension by breaking up adhesive tissues in the body that block the flow of healing energy and vitality and soothing stress and tension.
Yoga is an invitation to tap into your inner self through asana, pranayama, and meditation. I teach vinyasa as well as restorative style yoga - with a focus on flexibility, strength, and balance. Engaging with a yoga practice helps calm the mind and addresses underlying health issues related to how we hold our bodies through posture and alignment. Yoga helps create a landscape for health and relaxation that we can tune into at anytime.
