High Desert Physical Therapy is the premier orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Cortez, Colorado. High Desert Physical Therapy is locally owned and operated by physical therapists, and as a private practice, has no legal association with any hospital or referring providers. This autonomy allows us to customize patient care and services. We offer personalized orthopedic care for patients of all ages. We are the only clinic in the region with Doctorate trained Physical Therapists. We provide 1 on 1 treatments without assistants, aides, or techs. We utilize a personalized approach to maximize the treatment of our patients.

We offer conservative treatment for clients wishing to avoid orthopedic surgery. We also provide pre and post operative treatment for those clients undergoing orthopedic surgery. We are committed to staying up to date on all current best treatment practices. We are the only clinic in the area to offer Level 2 Certified Functional Dry Needling Physical Therapists. Our clinic is the only one in the region to offer accelerated recovery with the GameReady system.
