We love our kiddos! We offer monthly membership fees of $30 if enrolled without a parent or $20 for each child added to a family membership. No enrollment fee! Includes unlimited visits and access to your child’s provider for any questions or concerns you may have for your little one.

Not ready for a membership? No worries! Visits range from $20 to $40 depending on services needed.

This fee includes an hour with your provider where you will receive a thorough physical EXAMINATION, be provided education on reducing risks of heart disease, and ample amount of time to ask QUESTIONS and express CONCERNS.
