Motherhood has taught me so much about love, patience, gratitude, and strength. These girls are my greatest gift and my biggest reminder to slow down and appreciate the little moments.

Today I’m feeling especially grateful for the love that mothers give so freely every single day. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms, grandmas, bonus moms, and mother figures out there. 💕

Strep throat seems to be making the rounds lately, so I’ve been focusing on keeping my family’s immune systems strong! One of my favorite go-tos is elderberry syrup — it’s packed with antioxidants and supports the body’s natural defenses.

What have I been using lately?
Something simple, natural, and local.
As someone who loves plants and supporting local businesses, I’m excited to share the cream that’s been showing up in more and more of my sessions.
