Staying healthy on all levels takes a lifetime commitment.
Busy summer schedules can be a challenge when it comes to preparing healthy meals and making healthy life choice’s.
I am playing golf Monday-Wednesday evenings and in tournaments on most weekends or playing out of town.
So I have to plan healthy meals ahead of time.
I have to stay hydrated
I have to get 7-8 hrs. of good sleep.
I have to stay strong to do all things I love and enjoy.
So I include strength trading and Pilates in my exercise regime.
Lots of play!
