Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc., is a vital care giving member of Cortland County. The Robert Beard Memorial Home was founded in 1891 by Robert Beard and carried on by his sons Karl and Ward Beard. In the 1940's Donald and Marjorie Beard joined the Beard Memorial Home. Wright and carried on by his son Earle Wright. In 1941 Earle Wright built the funeral home on 9 Lincoln Avenue. right joined his father in 1949. Bruce Zeches joined the Earle W. Wright Funeral Home in 1963. In 1967 the two firms merged to become the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. Today Tim Zeches, Todd Zeches, Harold Pallone II, Larry Biviano, and Sean Whittin are committed to serving Cortland County with dignity and pride. Our Commitment:
