This weekend, Dr. Christopher Moheimani is taking on his 7th AIDS Ride for Life, cycling 100 miles around Cayuga Lake.

For Dr. Moheimani, it's about more than just the physical challenge: "It's about personal goals mentally and physically, but more importantly, it's about shedding light on a worthy cause. Being in healthcare and supporting something like this is huge, and we absolutely love it."

Fun fact: He and his wife, Liesl (a retired critical care nurse and GCMC pastoral volunteer), have ridden over 20,000 miles together. They even dream of one day having their daughter, Clare, join them on the ride with their tandem cargo bike.
