A massage therapists job is very physical, emotional, and demanding. 💆‍♀️

From the moment I schedule you, to the moment the massage is over, I’m taking care and aiding in your healing. ❤️

A lot of people ask me, “Do you ever take time for you?”
The answer is yes.
I schedule massages regularly, and take time for me/my body, so I can provide for others. When I’m at my best, I can give my clients the best massage possible!

When I’m not 100%, you don’t get the results you need, I’m in a position of harm, and we don’t want that!

Today I took time for me, for my body, and for my health. It’s truly amazing what massage can do for you. As a massage therapist, the job may be demanding, physical, and emotional, but it’s truly rewarding.❤️
