Does laying on your stomach hurt? Does laying on your back hurt?

I have another option, sideline massage.

With the support of many pillows, this is a nice way of supporting and aligning your spine.

Personally, I really appreciate working with gravity and these angles for soft tissue release that doesn't cause so much discomfort while going to deeper layers

My first Pickathon was a fun adventure ☺️

I was lucky to meet and connect with some really lovely people 💕

This slug was at my camp below my water jug, it came out to say hi at dusk, the sun was just twinkling on her. I love slugs. I was happy to spill nice water for her. It was very dusty and us humans were a bit loud...

From Idaho, back to Oregon.
JULY continues.

I rolled in Friday evening at sunset. It was gorgeous 😍
Cycle Oregon- Joyride! 🚲
It was held at a ranch in eastern Oregon. Next to the white river, which you could dip into

Funny hiccup-
I actually ended up the wrong ranch and had lost cell reception but then found some service and found the right ranch. Luckily, it was very close by. Still not sure how I had entered the wrong ranch, and it was pretty close by
I'm grateful I got there before it was dark!

The joyride is one of cycle oregons weekend bike tours.
All women's/non binary supported bike tour. They even tried to have the crew be mostly women

And the massage team 💜
I had the pleasure of working with 2 lmts I had never worked with before. Claire and Ashley. It was their first bike tour, and they did awesome 👌🏽
I felt right at home with them(:

I am thankful to have met many bad ass women. And to be around so many like minded beings (:
I hope to be there next year!

2025 out of state bike ride northwest tour!

I drove from OCF to wallace Idaho, whhhat a drive. Thankfully, I did it im the day, and I got to see the beautiful landscapes.

Our first office was inside the high school at the backstage of their theater 🎭
The principle was nice to let us in and use the space. We (the LMTs) got a moment to learn about the school from him. Apparently, he came out of retirement to be principle again...and that there are many teaching job openings in the town. Small town struggles 😪

One thing I love about brnw is that they intentionally give back to the communities they visit. What a good organization 👏🏼

After wallace we went to cour de alene, a nice town with a lake that brings in a lot of tourists. It's cute and has lots of outdoor adventures

Thankful for the adventure, and it was really nice meeting and working with the riders and the brnw crew!
