Doing the work to get my Oregon massage license! Today's agenda was Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED, and First Aid with and our fabulous instructor Chloe at . Great class and a much appreciated refresher! Nice to have the book and the masks they sent us home with to keep in my office First Aid kit, just in case! (I also might have enjoyed the baby mannequin a bit much, missing the time when I was a regular childcare provider for my nieces when they were young! 🤱🤣) I was happy to learn about the free American Red Cross First Aid App with easy to access instructions for tons of scenarios - everyone should have it on their phone! While you're at it, add the Poison Control Center # to your contacts, so you can use it quickly if you need to.
