It's simple to make, keeps well, and people take a spoonful (or stir into warm water/tea) when they feel run-down.
🧄🍋 Garlic Honey Lemon Immune Elixir 🍯🫚
This is an old-school kitchen remedy that feels like sunshine in a jar! When that scratchy throat or sniffle starts creeping in, grab a spoonful and let nature do its thing.
How to Make:
◇ Slice 1 organic lemon
◇ Smash 8-10 garlic cloves
◇ Add to a clean iar & cover with raw honey
◇ Let it infuse for 3+ days in the fridge
💛 Take a spoonful as needed
💛 Stir into warm
water or tea for a soothing
sip
Keeps 1-2 months in the fridge!
Optional: add fresh ginger slices, cayenne, or any other pepper preference. 🌶
