This afternoon was devoted to making my quilted cards. Handmade papers are so much fun and today only bright colored fabrics were used.

Fall Festival is done and now I am getting ready for Philomath Open Studios Tour and Sale. I have 3 weeks to replace all the things I sold last weekend!

My work is at Art in the Valley on 2nd Street in Corvallis for just one more week. Hope the locals can go see it before it goes away.

I have been adding baskets to my ETSY site and my website (bethrietveld.com) over the past 3 days. There are so many more to add, so keep checking in. Here is a big chair of bowlies.

I finished 15 quilted cards today and am trying to figure out if there is an on-line market for them. I include a card with every ETSY purchase as a “thank you” gift.
I have also finished 3 quilts in the past 3 weeks. Here is one that went to a dear friend.

My work can be found at the Benton County Historical Museum with the Philomath Open Studio artists, at the Footwise Window starting tomorrow with the Teal artists and when the new Museum in Corvallis opens, I will have work in their gift shop (which you can see in their windows). Or just contact me through Etsy or Facebook.

There are other lovely art pieces there as well. And check out the whole Quilt County list at www.quiltcounty.org to see 23 other exhibits in our area. It takes a lot of effort and a lot of Quilter's to make Quilt County happen, sobs big thanks to Marcia Gilson for her efforts over the last 25 years of Quilt County.
