Meet Aidan Morda! Aidan believes therapy is a space to find peace, meaning, and new ways forward. With a holistic and collaborative approach, he helps clients explore patterns in their lives and create meaningful change.

He has experience supporting adults and adolescents through stress, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, substance misuse, and more. Aidan is trained in Talk Therapy, Music Therapy, and specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), offering effective trauma-focused support.

Aidan also offers flexible online availability, making it easier for clients to access therapy from the comfort of home. He is committed to providing care that fits into clients’ lives, no matter how busy their schedules may be.
