Why It Works Wednesday

Your physical therapist builds care plans around symptoms, functional limits, and recovery goals. This helps ensure recommendations fit the individual, not a one-size-fits-all routine.
✅ Tip: As symptoms improve, some people later transition into general fitness programs.

Our Story

Sweetgrass Physical Therapy & Wellness was a family owned and operated private physical therapy practice in Cut Bank MT from 2011-2018. Due to a move out of state, the Cut Bank Location was closed 6/21/2018. We intend to re-open in the Mid-Willamette Valley within 1-2 years.

We thank the community of Cut Bank and surrounding areas for your years of support, patronage, hard work and laughs. We learned something from every person we met, and hope you learned a lot from us too. Our dreams once brought us to the prairie. Now those dreams are taking us on a new adventure.

If you need to contact us, please send e-mail to sweetgrasspt@yahoo.com with your request. You may continue to send mail to 615 W Main Street Cut Bank MT 59427. We’ll update this site with an additional forwarding address as it becomes available.

Thank you and Be Well! You Rock!
