One week away!! I am so excited for this upcoming event I am putting on. The power of community is priceless! One person’s need is often another person’s niche. My vision with this practitioner’s wellness exchange is to create a ‘treat yourself and your community’ day while also creating a platform for networking the amazing, rich and vast healing arts community of Corvallis and beyond!
We have an amazing line up of offerings already from yoga, acupuncture and sound baths to cacao ceremony, breath work, bio field tuning, reiki and more!
If you are not in the healing arts industry but are excited to hear about this type of line up, stay tuned!!! The second part of my vision here is to start creating wellness day retreats and weekend retreats combining similar services and more!

The first EVER Wednesday Wellness Walk was a TOTAL hit and came together so beautifully! I can’t express how much fun I had, even through the chaotic moments, sprinting the streets of downtown Corvallis to bring it all together! Watching and participating in the community connections that happened and feeling the excitement of everyone from the wellness team to the participants was pure joy. My heart is full of gratitude for the way everything lined up and for the amazing support I had from the community and my wellness team. This experience has been a living example of how making small, actionable steps daily towards a goal can really make big things happen. I wouldn’t say every day was just small action steps, I’ve definitely put in over 100 hours of overtime on top of my existing full time practice to get the system and structure organized. But the process and the events success has more than replenished the energy put out. Much of this was teaching myself how to do things I had never done before but when I chose to listen to this divinely inspired idea and take it upon myself to manifest, the steps just opened in front of me and the energy and support was provided. Just a reminder to all of us that you can make your dreams come true and you can do the seemingly impossible when you accept the call and say yes to the universe! Here’s a little snap shot of our event and more to share when the photographer has gotten the final event’s moments ready to share!

As the seasons shift sharply from colors to colder, the seasons of my life also shifted dramatically this season. New chapters opening, old chapters taking a different form. Change is not ‘easy’ but it is inevitable and the strength and integrity gained through it and on the other side is always worth it.

If there’s something in your life that you’ve been needing to transform or let go off, ask yourself, what courageous step do you need to take? That still small voice always is there, if it’s pinging…listen. Even if it’s the smallest step. Listen, be open, be courageous. The universe is always on your side, you take the steps, the universe will take care of the rest.

As summer comes to a close I am reflecting on all the aspects, the challenges and the breakthroughs…it felt like a press...

As summer comes to a close I am reflecting on all the aspects, the challenges and the breakthroughs…it felt like a pressure cooker in many ways but I feel that the universe ordered that for me because I needed to soften, slow down and become more awake to the preciousness of life.

I won’t ask for my pressure cooking (haha) but I am grateful for the results and the growth I accesses.

I hope y’all had a beautiful summer too! Sending so much love and a deep, long, slow breath to each of you. 💕
