Cooler weather is upon us. A few helpful hints below:

Change your air filter: Replace your air filter at least twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. A dirty filter can make your HVAC system work harder, which can increase your energy bill.

Clean your air vents: Use a vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris from your air vents/registers. You can also unscrew the vent cover and wash it with warm, soapy water.

SUMMER CLEANING POSITION

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as cleaners for move-out cleanings.

If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity and possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:

Availability: Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (jobs are scheduled during this time)

*Possession of a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver's license

*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

In this role, you will be responsible for performing move-out cleanings to ensure that our clients' spaces are left spotless and ready for the next occupants.

Please note that individuals who spend excessive time on their phones during work hours or have numerous vacations planned need not apply. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking team members who are focused on delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

The starting pay for this position is $18.50 per hour, with travel time paid at minimum wage and $0.67 per mile.
