First day of the Mindfulness and Meditation Group! Love it and love sitting with a group. I ran this group in the spring with a focus on resource and regulation, this series is on grounding and clearing out energy. It runs for 8 weeks and today we worked with creating releasing connection! Let me know if your interested in the next Series!

Grad Support Group drop in for lunch online!

Open Fall Series Grad Support Group is beginning!
Our group meets every Tuesday at 11-12 for 1 hour and runs indefinitely. Pre Registration is required to receive a link.
The cost of the group is $30 and covered by Pacific Source.
A small copay for those with insurance.

The group will provide opportunity for support, community and connection. We will incorporate ways to stay regulated and learn how to release stress through meditation and mindfulness. There are so many fun ways to let go and we all know there is a lot of stress to let go of in grad school. The group also provides opportunity for support and sharing of resources from other grad students.

Dear friends, our food pantry is looking a lot like Old Mother Hubbard's! Can you help us help our families in need? We urgently need staples such as:

Peanut butter or almond butter (low or no sugar)
Rice / Lentils / Pasta
Canned Chicken or Tuna
Beans (canned or dried)
Whole Grain Cereal
Shelf-stable Milk
MASECA (corn flour)
Cooking Oil
Canned Tomatoes

Healthy, individual-size snacks like trail mix, crackers and fruit leather (no sugar added) would also be much appreciated.
